Order processing

Orders are processed within [1–2 business days] (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link once it ships.

Where we ship

We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom.

Delivery estimates (after dispatch)

Shipping rates

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Delays

We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather or other events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at info@zynaero.com and we'll help track it down.

Customs, duties & taxes (international)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at info@zynaero.com and we'll try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't locate your package, please check with neighbours/household and your local carrier, then contact us so we can assist.
