RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Zynaero, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. This policy explains how refunds and replacements work, and operates alongside the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the consumer protection laws of the country you order from.
NO NEED TO SHIP ANYTHING BACK
Because our gummies are sealed, ingestible products, we do not require you to return items to us. If something is wrong with your order, we resolve it from a photo or short video — keeping it simple for you and avoiding unnecessary shipping.
FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
You are always entitled to a remedy if your product:
- arrives damaged or defective,
- is the wrong item, or
- does not match how it was described.
What to do: contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue.
What you'll receive: at your choice, a full refund or a free replacement. You will not be asked to return the product, and you will not pay any return or reshipping costs. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
These rights are protected by law and nothing in this policy limits them. Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a product has a major failure you may choose a refund or a replacement; for a minor failure we will provide a free replacement. These consumer guarantee rights apply regardless of any other term in this policy.
CHANGE OF MIND
As our gummies are a consumable product sealed for safety and hygiene, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or refunds once an order has been placed. This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged or not as described — those rights are covered above and are not limited by this section.
Please double-check your order before completing checkout. If you spot a genuine mistake (for example a wrong shipping address) and your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us straight away at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will do our best to help.
ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will investigate and make it right.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders are sent to fulfilment quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet been dispatched.
