RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zynaero we want you to feel confident in every purchase. This policy explains how refunds and replacements work, and operates alongside the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the consumer protection laws of the country you order from.

NO NEED TO SHIP ANYTHING BACK
Because our gummies are a sealed, ingestible product, we do not require you to post items back to us. If something is wrong with your order, we resolve it from a photo or short video — keeping it simple for you and avoiding unnecessary shipping.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR NOT AS DESCRIBED
You are always entitled to a remedy if your product:
- arrives damaged or defective,
- is the wrong item, or
- does not match how it was described.

What to do: contact us at info@zynaero.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue.

What you'll receive: at your choice, a full refund or a free replacement. You will not be asked to return the product, and you will not pay any return or reshipping costs. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

These rights are protected by law and nothing in this policy limits them. Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a product has a major failure you may choose a refund or a replacement; for a minor failure we will provide a free replacement. These consumer guarantee rights apply regardless of any other term in this policy.

30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Zynaero Sleep Gummies for any reason, contact us at info@zynaero.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video of the product you received, and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement. As with all claims, a photo or video of the product is required — claims submitted without one may be delayed until we receive it. This guarantee applies to one-time and subscription orders alike, and there's no need to post anything back.

Please double-check your order before completing checkout. If you spot a genuine mistake (for example a wrong shipping address) and your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us straight away at info@zynaero.com and we will do our best to help.

ORDERS NOT RECEIVED
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at info@zynaero.com and we will investigate and make it right.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders are sent to fulfilment quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@zynaero.com. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet been dispatched.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
The 30-day money-back guarantee applies equally to subscription (Subscribe & Save) orders. We email you a reminder 3 days before every renewal payment, so you are never charged without warning, and you can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your My Account page or by emailing info@zynaero.com. If a renewal was charged before you could cancel, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right. Full details in our Subscription Policy.

CHARGEBACKS
We aim to resolve every issue quickly and fairly — most concerns are sorted within one business day. Please contact us at info@zynaero.com before opening a dispute with your bank, as a chargeback can significantly delay your resolution. By purchasing, you agree to give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve any issue under this policy first. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer laws of your country.
