These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Zynaero website at zynaero.com and any purchase you make from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Zynaero. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual product may vary slightly in appearance.

Supplement disclaimer: These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) or the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. 3. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected for your region and include any applicable taxes where shown. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but the price at the time of your order will always be honoured. Payment is processed securely via our payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay and others shown at checkout).

4. Orders & fulfilment

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including stock errors or pricing mistakes, with a full refund. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Shipping timelines are estimates only.

5. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save plans are recurring orders that automatically charge your payment method at the frequency you select. We email you a reminder 3 days before every renewal payment, so you are never charged without warning. You can skip, pause, change frequency or cancel at any time before your next billing date — self-service from your My Account page, no fees and no lock-in. 6. Returns & refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to RCS Digital Pty Ltd and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

8. User conduct

You agree not to use our website to engage in unlawful activity, transmit spam, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, or interfere with the operation of our website.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided "as is." We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free. We make no representations about the suitability of our products for any particular purpose beyond what is stated on the product label.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RCS Digital Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law (including rights under the Australian Consumer Law).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
