Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy applies to all recurring "Subscribe & Save" orders placed with Zynaero, operated by RCS Digital Pty Ltd t/a Zynaero (ABN 69 630 610 990). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. By starting a subscription you agree to this policy.

1. What Subscribe & Save is

Subscribe & Save is an optional recurring order. When you select it, we automatically prepare and ship your LullaBites Sleep Gummies on a repeating schedule, and your payment method is automatically charged each cycle until you cancel. It exists so you never run out — at a lower price than one-time orders. You can always choose a one-time purchase instead.

2. Your authorisation

By selecting Subscribe & Save and completing checkout, you authorise Zynaero to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription price, plus any applicable shipping and taxes, at the frequency you selected, until you cancel in accordance with this policy. Each renewal is charged automatically and does not require separate approval.

3. Billing frequency and amount

• Frequency: every 30 days (monthly).
• Price: your subscription price is shown at checkout and reflects a 20% saving versus the one-time price. Prices are shown in your local currency where available; the store's base currency is AUD.
• When you're charged: your first charge happens at checkout. Each renewal is charged on your billing date, approximately every 30 days thereafter, when your next order is prepared.
• Shipping is free on subscription orders. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

4. Managing your subscription

You're in control at all times. You can skip a delivery, pause, change your next order date, update payment or shipping details, or cancel by:

• Logging into your account at zynaero.com/account, or
• Emailing info@zynaero.com with your order number.

Changes apply from your next billing cycle, provided they're made before the cut-off below.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime — no lock-in contracts, no cancellation fees.

• To stop your next charge, cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date.
• If a renewal has already been billed or has entered fulfilment, the cancellation applies from the following cycle and the processed order will still ship (see Section 7 for refunds).
• We'll email you confirmation once your cancellation is processed.

6. Renewal reminders and price changes

• We send a reminder email before each renewal so a charge is never a surprise.
• If your subscription price ever changes, we'll notify you by email before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before it applies.

7. Refunds on subscription orders

• Our standard 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to subscription orders — see our Refund Policy.
• If you're charged for a renewal you intended to cancel, contact info@zynaero.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll work with you in good faith to resolve it — including cancelling the subscription and, where the order hasn't shipped, refunding it.

8. Failed or declined payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and email you to update your payment method. If payment can't be collected, we may pause or cancel the subscription. Please keep your payment and contact details up to date.

9. Changes by us

We may pause, modify or cancel a subscription — for example if a product is discontinued, out of stock, or in cases of suspected misuse or fraud. We'll notify you, and you won't be charged for orders we can't fulfil.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.
