Ingredient studies
Tell us about a defined ingredient, amount, study group and length of use. Form and extract specification matter.
Finished-formula studies
Test the actual blend. We have not verified a published human trial of the finished Zynaero gummy formula.
Personal experiences
Reviews can describe taste, routine and service. They cannot isolate what caused a change in sleep or guarantee your result.
Five ingredients.
Room for the details.
Explore the human research below. Study amounts are research details, not the amounts in a serving of Zynaero.
L-theanine
A small 2019 study found improvements in some self-reported sleep measures after L-theanine. It was a short study using a specific ingredient preparation.
Inside the evidence
The trial was randomised, placebo-controlled and used a crossover design. Results for that preparation do not establish the effect of a different dose or a finished gummy blend.
Read the 2019 trial ↗Magnesium glycinate
A 2025 trial of magnesium bisglycinate found a small improvement in insomnia symptom scores after four weeks. Other measured outcomes did not clearly differ from placebo.
Inside the evidence
The trial tested capsules with a defined elemental magnesium amount. It does not establish an equivalent effect for gummies or a blend. Check the elemental amount on your own pack before comparing.
Read the 2025 trial ↗Valerian root
Valerian has been studied for sleep, but trial findings are inconsistent. Traditional use is different from proof that a product treats insomnia.
Inside the evidence
NCCIH reports insufficient evidence to establish a health benefit and notes that sleep-medicine guidelines recommend against valerian for chronic insomnia. It can cause drowsiness; avoid combining it with alcohol or sedatives without professional advice.
Read the NCCIH overview ↗Passionflower
A two-week trial in adults with insomnia found an improvement in total sleep time for the tested extract. Some other sleep measures did not differ from placebo.
Inside the evidence
The results relate to the extract, population and short study period tested. NCCIH describes sleep findings as limited and mixed. Drowsiness and medicine or anaesthetic interactions also need consideration.
Read the 2020 trial ↗5-HTP
A small 2024 trial in older adults found benefits in certain sleep-quality measures, especially among poor sleepers. Findings cannot be assumed to apply to everyone.
Inside the evidence
This was a single-blind randomised study. It is a limited evidence base for a particular population, not a trial of Zynaero. 5-HTP can interact with serotonin-affecting medicines, including antidepressants. Read the interaction guidance.
Read the 2024 trial ↗Ingredient findings cannot be added together to prove a blend works. The current reference label lists a 455 mg combined blend without individual active amounts, so do not assume it matches the study doses above.

Your preference.
A clear formula choice.
Melatonin-free describes what is left out. It does not automatically mean non-sedating, suitable for everyone or free from medicine interactions.
Consider the full formula, your medicines and the directions on your pack. The Product Guide brings those practical details together.

A little more quiet.
Bright screens and absorbing content can both make it harder to leave the day behind. A quieter last hour gives your evening some breathing room.
- Give the last hour before bed to a quiet activity.
- Dim bright lights and put your phone out of easy reach.
- Keep a regular wake-up time and allow enough time for sleep.
Based on NHLBI healthy sleep habits. A supplement works within your routine; it does not replace assessment for ongoing sleep problems.
Let’s clear things up.
Has the finished Zynaero formula been clinically tested?
We have not verified a published human clinical trial of the finished Zynaero gummy blend. This page links to separate ingredient research and explains its limits.
Do study doses show what is in a Zynaero serving?
No. The doses shown describe the cited studies. The current reference label gives a combined blend amount without individual active doses. Check your current pack before making comparisons.
Does melatonin-free mean the gummies cannot cause drowsiness?
No. Other ingredients may cause drowsiness and interact with medicines. Read the full formula and ask a pharmacist about suitability.
Can customer reviews prove the gummies work?
Reviews describe individual experiences but do not control for changes in routine, expectations or other factors. They cannot prove a causal effect or guarantee a result.
Why include a phone-free wind-down?
A calmer routine can help you protect time for sleep. NHLBI advises quiet time before bed and avoiding bright artificial light. A supplement does not replace those habits or professional sleep care.
